·         Note: At Basil Florist, each cake is made out of high quality ingredients for our esteemed clients. We try to serve our client with the best of the flavors that are fresh and well tasted. Since every gourmet specialist has his/her own particular way of preparing and designing a cake, there may be a slight variation in the item as far as design and garnish is concern. We take online orders for you and arrange the deliveries as early as possible. Though the delivery time is a gauge and relies upon the destination to which you need the cake to be delivered. Please note that since cakes are perishable in nature, we take efforts to deliver your requested order just once. We will not be able to entertain the delivery of cakes to a changed location. We deliver these handcrafted beautiful and delicious cakes by hand. This item won't be delivered alongside courier items. Occasionally, we may add or replace the flavors/designs due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

Store the cream cake in a refrigerator. Fondant cakes should be put away in an air conditioned environment. Cake should be consumed same day to experience the genuine taste. This cake is free from preservative so it is perishable in nature, consume within 12 hours. We will not address any complain by the customer next day, if the cake is consumed fully. Sculptural components and dolls may contain wire supports or toothpicks or wooden sticks for help.

Since cakes are perishable in nature, we attempt delivery of your order only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to second address. If recipient insist for second address delivery, in that case extra delivery charges will be applicable and can be deposited in our  Paytm no 8368689319.
